Ohio – Grace Edwards

Grace Edwards is a junior at the University of Akron in Northeast Ohio. She grew up with a love for learning, and now studies history and political science. This past fall, Grace interned at the Summit County Democratic Party where she gained experience campaigning with Ohio Workers First and Emilia Sykes for Congress. Grace competes as a Division I athlete by throwing discus for the Zips track and field team. She also serves as Vice President for the university’s Pre-Law Society and plans on attending law school herself. In her spare time, Grace enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
