Samiha Abd-Elazem is a junior at the Johns Hopkins University double majoring in Public Health and Political Science and minoring in Social Policy. Samiha is originally from Nottingham, Maryland. At Johns Hopkins, Samiha is involved in IDEAL, Jail Tutorial Project and Alpha Phi Omega. Samiha has been involved in housing policy research at the Poverty Inequality Research Lab. Samiha hopes to continue working in policy and eventually study law. In her spare time, Samiha likes reading, painting and traveling.
