Catherine Carpenter is a junior at Wake Forest University majoring in political science and international affairs and minoring in health policy and psychology. She is originally from Falmouth, Maine. On campus, Catherine is a student conduct advisor, president of the sailing team, virtual tutor for Winston-Salem youth, and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha honor society. Upon returning from a semester studying international politics in Madrid, she has also began working as an admissions representative, as well as co-founding the Women Can Coalition, promoting pre-professional endeavors for women at her university. Through her experiences with research at Wake Law, internship under District Attorney Jonathan Sahrbeck, and position in the Deacs Decide fellowship promoting electoral education, Catherine is pursuing a pre-law track. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, especially sailing, skiing, and playing corn hole with her dad.
