Daniel Egemo is a third-year political science student at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. Originally from the small town of Lead (pronounced Leed), Daniel has spent his entire life in the Black Hills. After graduation, Daniel hopes to pursue a master’s degree, and eventually his Ph.D., in political science or public policy. Outside of studying government and politics, Daniel enjoys reading, watching films, hiking in the hills, and listening to music every day. Ultimately, he hopes to educate people about and work in government, and maybe one day, run for office. Daniel is proud to represent his home state of South Dakota at the 2023 College Student Congress.
