Destiny Brown is a junior at The Ohio State University from Indianapolis, IN. She is majoring in political science with minors in leadership studies, public policy, and African American and African studies. Destiny is a Prominence recipient of the Morrill Scholarship Program. On campus, she is a Social Change Ambassador and leads a mentorship program and focuses on social activism initiatives in Columbus. She also serves as a representative on the Governmental Relations Committee within Ohio State’s Undergraduate Student Government. During the fall semester of her junior year, Destiny served as a John Glenn fellow through the Washington Academic Internship Program where she interned at the Federal Judicial Center in Washington D.C. Currently, Destiny is a Party Engagement intern at the Ohio Democratic Party. Destiny is excited for the opportunity to represent Indiana at the 2020 College Student Congress.
