Gwen Ljung Baruth is a junior at Drexel University majoring in Political Science, with a double minor in Spanish and Women and Gender Studies. Gwen completed the College of Arts and Sciences Fellowship at Drexel last year, collaborating with Dr. Erin Graham in the Department of Politics on her research regarding the evolution of mainstream ideas on world federalism and the United Nations. She is currently continuing her research with Dr. Graham through an independent study and beginning work on an academic article. Gwen just returned from studying abroad in London at the Foundation for International Education. This spring she will be attending the annual Yale International Policy Competition and campaigning in the buildup to the 2020 presidential election. She plans to begin law school in the fall of 2021 after finishing her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Drexel.
