Maine – Steffi Victoria

Steffi Victoria, a resident of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, is a junior at the University of Maine at Orono, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Leadership Studies. On campus, she is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha; the National Political Science Honor Society; and Sigma Alpha Lambda; the National Leadership and Honors Organization. She is also a student staffer for UMaine’s Cohen Institute’s Summer Program. Steffi’s most unparalleled, rewarding opportunity has been to intern for U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) at her Bangor, Maine Constituent Service office from August 2022 and her Washington, D.C. office from January until May 2023. Steffi’s early immigration experience has driven her career ambition to become a pro-bono immigration attorney to help Afghan allies, Ukrainians, and future asylum seekers obtain U.S. green cards, Employment-Based (E.B.) visas humanitarian paroles, and special immigrant visas.
