Illinois – Sarosh Nagar

Sarosh Nagar is a junior at Harvard, double majoring in Chemistry and Economics with a minor in Government. Sarosh is deeply passionate about using emerging technologies, especially emerging biotechnologies, for social good. At Harvard, Sarosh serves as a researcher and policy analyst, with his original research papers published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and the British Medical Journal (BMJ) and his op-eds published in The Hill and Newsweek. He has also previously interned at the State Department and FDA. Outside of school, Sarosh serves as President of the Emerging Technology Group (ETG), a nonprofit organization dedicated to conducting pro-bono research and technology education services across 5 continents. Sarosh’s work has been cited by policymakers and experts from over 20 domestic and international governing bodies and has been featured in NBC News, Yahoo Finance, and more.
