Nicole Bloomquist attends Wichita State University and is majoring in Political Science and Spanish, with an Honors Law and Public Policy Track and a certificate in Latin American studies. She recently interned for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Legislative Affairs and hopes to continue foreign policy work in her future career, with an emphasis in the Western Hemisphere. At Wichita State, she was the president of the Wichita Pro Bono Immigration Clinic and co-founded the Immigration Student Advocacy Organization. She is also a Student Ambassador, in College Democrats, and sings for the university’s a cappella group, Shockappella. In her free time, she loves to longboard, journal, and play the piano.
